“Merrill was very helpful, and the process there is pretty straightforward. We already have a fabricator so I just needed to provide their name so she could get pricing information to him. It's a good size facility with a lot of selection, so if you have mobility issues, be prepared. We brought my wheelchair. My husband went in the main door, and Merrill met us at one of the large warehouse doors so I didn't have to deal with navigating the walkway or reception area. I had no problems getting down the aisles, but a lot of them I had to back out of as there wasn't necessarily room at the end to swing around to the next aisle. I was able to get to everything though, so that was good. That being said, they really do have a wide selection of stones. A few things we wanted to see weren't in stock, but that can happen. I would highly recommend going to see the stones in person as they can look different from the website.”

“Excellent service. Between arrival, filling in the paperwork and being seen by the optometrist, in and out within half an hour. Upon arrival, call them from the parking lot and let them know you have arrived. The receptionist will let you know when you can come in. Upon entering, they will take your temperature and ask if you signed in online, already. If not, they will hand you the necessary paperwork and if you need a pen, there are two sets of pens: cleaned and used. The waiting area has seats available for you to sit as you fill out the paperwork (6' apart) but they prefer you to go online millenniumeyecare.com OR you can email them at sched@millenniumeyecare.… to schedule an appointment. The staff are all masked and there are hand gel sanitizers at the front of the desks. Should your eyes get dilated that day and you forgot your sunglasses or you feel you need additional coverage over your sunglasses, they also give you disposable "sunglasses" as you depart. The ophthalmologist I had was Dr. Elliot Grand. He was wonderful as he listens to your needs regarding vision care. The optometrists and staff there are very courteous. It should be noted, the optical section within their facility is currently closed.”

“Massive amount of plant materials and flowers. Prices are more than fair. Two issues: although they have a lot of parking areas, they seem to always be full or near full. And their vegetable plants leave something to be desired. May 27, 2022: arrived just before 9am - opening time. There was a line to get in of perhaps 50 people. It moved fast, we found some unique plants, and checked out in no time. People are nice, check out is very efficient. Great place.”

Earlier this week we ran out of toner because the computer we used to communicate with Hunter was broken (our fault). When I called Hunter for help, they answered right away and immediately addressed our problem. As it was after noon, she apologized to me and said we wont get the toner until the next morning.. I was impressed at that alone but then they went a step further.. basically 2 hours after I made my panicked call, Kyle walked into our office with toner in Hand!!! We were blown away.
