Visha's name was refereed to me during an off the cuff chat with my neighbors. I always filed my own property loss claims myself and always felt that insurance companies short changed my damages - lol. Here comes PLA and Vishal - who know how to negotiate and push back with the big insurance companies on your behalf. Right after PLA assessed my damages they got working and while the paper work was still being filed, they arranged for temporary clean up. The clean up folks. assessors were thoroughly professional, experienced and performed their work in a timely manner. All in all, I would recommend PLA advisors to any one to reach out to for property damage claims. My insurance company would not have reimbursed full amount of damages, if Vishal and his team had NOT stepped in. This I know for a fact as I am still paying out my pocket for damages that occurred during Sandy :-(, when the insurances companies gave me a run around and eventually paid only 60-70% of damages.
