The couple times we have been to this branch we were helped by Ubaid. He has helped my husband open his business account. He was very professional and attentive and answered all our questions.

Dr Gallucci and his staff were nothing less than the best. Explained procedure and length of time clearly. Highly suggest the for future surgeries,

I met with Personal Broker Leslie Linares to complete a complicated wire transfer. She was absolutely amazing! The customer service I received was 5 star all the way. She even asked to reschedule her lunch in order to complete several financial transactions I needed. Leslie went beyond to make my experience top notch. Literally the best banking customer service I ever had!! Thank you Leslie- Wells Fargo should be proud to have you an an employee!

Yeah, I know all about Wells Fargo's rep, and likely a lot of it they earned. But, and it's a nice 'but' for them, I have been with Wells Fargo since 1993, and none of that stuff happened to me.

Now that I'm retired, I don't need the Wells Fargo account any more. I only used it to deposit my pay check, written on a Wells Fargo account, so I'd get immediate credit.

I was pleasantly surprised at what happened when I went in to close out the account. The teller told me I'd have to see a "Banker". "Oh, joy!", I thought. "I'm going to get a run-around, designed to keep my account open, blah, blah..."

But Rafael Bustos, of the State College Branch in Brea, didn't mess around. He asked the obvious question, "Why?" and I explained. His immediate response was, "Cool!" Of course he was wondering if I wanted to do a direct deposit of my Social Security check into the account and I told him no. And that was the end of the questioning. But not the end of the surprises!

He looked at my history and say that all I did was cash my check, leave a small balance and then cash the next check, etc., etc. So he said that he was going to waive the last three months of my monthly fee and give that to me, along with the small balance in the account. In effect, he freakin' doubled the money I'd been expecting! I was obviously not expecting that!!

Would I open another account with Wells Fargo? It's not likely to be necessary, but I would not avoid them. They have a large footprint in SoCal, which is always handy, and as stated, I never suffered any of the problems that made the news a few years ago. And lastly, knowing that there might be more people like Rafael, why not?!

Dr Gallucci was a blessing. Caring bedside manner.
He went above and beyond for my granddaughter. Especially when he noticed something going on with her other than what he treated and operated on her for.

I read his book...it has a "life changing" experience.

I was so impressed with Dr. Gallucci and his staff. From my very first phone call to the surgery itself they went above and beyond! The staff did everythnig possible to easy my worry and get my son in ASAP... Dr. Gallucci took the time to bond with my son and explain everythnig to him ... Just as we were scheduling surgery for the next day, my son asked if it was at all possible to do it immediately... Dr. Gallucci asked if he had eaten and when my son said no... he called over to the OR, got in his car, met us there and made it happen ... could it have waited another day? Sure... But he Cared how much it meant to my son and was willing to try... AND he himself was feeling under the weather that day!!! If he had an open afternoon he could have easily gone home to rest but he did this instead... Being in the medical field myself I set my standards high when looking for a doctor... He surpassed all of them!!! I would recommend him to anyone looking ... Oh and the surgery went very well 😀... My son feels better already!

The Wells Fargo is a well-oiled machine. It is very busy, but you hardly wait at all. They offer a wide array of banking products and services. Customer service is a high priority for them too! I am very pleased with my banking experience with them compared to 5 other different banks in this city that I have dealt with. Really no complaints; all around a great bank, and a great branch.
