I’ve suffered from anxiety for years and after strictly following the program provided, I have noticed a significant decrease in both anxiety & stress.

I am happy with my visit to Dr. Priya. I am seeing improvements for the issues that I was facing. Also what I learned through the process and the protocol that I followed has helped me learn somethings and be more knowledgeable, improve my meditation, and generally feel better. The approach helped me realize for myself the foundation of the issues that i was completely unaware of.

I would like to start off by saying Priya Bala is amazing. I went to her with chronic health issues which although were not life threatening or serious, were preventing me from leading a full life. I went to Ayurvedashram on an impulse. I had been suffering with my issues for 15 years. I met Priya Bala a month ago and after listening to me for 15 minutes she explained the problem and gave me a few medicines. I am ecstatic to say my symptoms have disappeared 80%.
