  Doctor Stuart Nemser is not only a great Doctor who has always helped my lower back/lumbar spine and cervical neck bone problems, but he is also a wonderful man. Dr. Nemser truly cares about his patients and he always has gone to great lengths to ensure that I was comfortable and could identify exactly where my back pain was in the shoulders, back, neck, arms, and even my legs. Dr. Nemser took the time also to explain to me how all the body parts and bones are connected and how they can or cannot contribute to my vertebrae pain and discomfort. I have known Dr. Nemser now for the past twelve years and I can personally attest to the fact that he has always eased my back and body pain immensely. Hands down, Dr. Nemser is the best Chiropractor in the New Jersey area and he has always helped me. I would recommend him to anyone and the five stars rating that I provided him is well established and deserved.

  Pinched my nerves in my neck and I started feeling better after only seeing Docter Stewart a few times. I recently went to Florida and hurt my lower back during our long walks in Disney world and went back today and fixed almost all the pain in my lower back he really is very professional and experience would rate him 10 stars if I could.

  I want to start by saying I have never been adjusted nor have I ever seen a chiropractor prior to this day. I called this morning at 9:45AM looking to schedule an appointment as a new patient, they got me in today ( same day ) at 10:30AM and I saw Dr. Nemser. All I did was explain to him where the pain was centered and he showed me what the problem was by pointing it out on a diagram. He then proceeded to explain to me all of my issues without me even having to tell him what i was feeling. He already knew and understood what to do. This guy is awesome. The lady who takes your appointment info is very kind and organized making your trip there extremely simple and hassle free. These guys rock! If your having trouble with your back reach out!

  Dr. Stuart Nemser is probably the most established chiropractor in the area. He’s been practicing for more than four decades at his office on the corner of Livingston Avenue and Patton Street. It’s called North Brunswick Chiropractic Center and is very easy to find with accessibility from Route 1 and other main roads.
  
  Dr. Nemser has a wide range of regular patients, old and young. Generally, you will find everyday people with common aches and pains returning to his office, because he’s dependable. (I have never seen a lot of kids there, though.)
  
  Dr. Nemser handles auto accident injuries and can likely help you with any ailment. Staff has experience handling insurance related to auto injuries, as well.
  
  One thing to know is that you may hear a lot of Beatles Music at the office. You’ll like the community feel and should feel welcome… .
  
  But, unfortunately, Dr. Nemser is no longer in on Saturday mornings (as he had been for many years). He switched that morning to Sunday’s a few years ago.
  
  The general office hours are currently:
  Monday: 9am to noon
  Tuesday and Thursday: 9am to 6pm
  Friday: 9am to noon
  Sunday: 8am to noon

  Dr. Nemser is a exceptional doctor. He is committed to the care of his patients. He is extremely pro-active. He is very energetic, extremely kind, caring, has a excellent sense of humor and is always respectful.He takes time to listen to his patients about their health concerns. He is very uplifting, positive minded and encouraging.
  
  If you are a disabled person and you are finding it upsetting in life, dealing with your disability......Dr. Nemser is very encouraging, a good listener and will help you find other options. Such as maybe you can no longer do running.....he will recommend other forms of exercise and possibly physical therapy. You might have felt sad or depressed, but after a visit with Dr. Nemser you will feel motivated, uplifted and instead of "throwing in the towel ".....you will feel like, "I am not giving up......I will move forward."
  
  Dr. Nemser is extremely experienced. Also if you are a patient who perhaps has more than one health problem, such as more complicated problems- such as spine problems, arthritis, etc. - he is extremely good at working as part of your Pain Management team. Such as you might have a spine doctor / surgeon, orthopedic doctor and or physiologist and physical therapist. He is extremely pro-active.
  
  Many patients who first show up, it is because they have pain and are looking for instant relief. Dr. Nemser listens to his patients. He discusses with them the possibilities and options. I give Dr. Nemser a A++ as his overall grade. I highly recommend him.
  
  Plus he has a excellent sense of humor and tells good jokes. So you will be in better spirits after a appointment with Dr. Nemser.
