Rite Aid

The Rite Aid in North Brunswick is located in the corner, where it is convenient to access from the main highway. They are well stocked with household items like paper towels or toilet paper, but also the usual pharmacy needs. I usually use the drive-thru to pick up prescriptions, which i can get within 20 minutes after dropping off my prescription. Staff is friendly and was able to receive my COVID booster with easy appointments.

They answer the phone all the time, they fill prescriptions the same day and stand by the time they promise, and the pharmacist even noticed that I had been paying a lot for 2 of my prescriptions because I needed a prior auth and he took the initiative to send the document to my physician so they can work on the prior auth.
They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond. Thank you

I want to express my highest compliments to the pharmacy team. These folks have been killin’ it to get folks through the regular pharmacy line and the COVID booster/flu line. This is no easy feat. Please make sure upper management receives these compliments. They are providing excellent customer service while managing the stress and other issues folks bring to them. Keep up the great work!
