“Dr. Nair is highly skilled and knowledgeable as well as deeply caring. This is a rare and beautiful combination. She has helped me with acute and chronic acid reflux. When I started seeing her, my condition was at an 8 or 9 (out of 10). And since meeting with her, I am very much improved. I used to get acid reflux every day. Now, if I do get it, it is very mild and the times are few and far between. Since this has been a lifelong condition, I am very grateful for this relief. Another thing about Dr. Nair is she makes herself so available. If anything comes up for you she is responsive. She will meet with you and share advice on what to do next. I feel very well taken care of by Dr. Nair. She has a big heart and is a wealth of knowledge. You will be in good hands when you work with her.”

They're good at keeping timely appointments - though in-person waiting times can be a bit longer (over the phone has little to no wait). One suggestion to the owners: in the email/text notifications that get sent to patients before their appointments, it would be good to include whether those appointments are in-person or over the phone.”

“I've been a customer of Medlife Pharmacy for just over 10 years, since shortly after Raj opened his pharmacy, and he and his staff have consistently delivered great customer care through the years. Raj has worked closely with my doctor's office to arrange for timely receipt of my prescriptions and has also had them delivered to my home, sometimes even doing so himself, when I couldn't pick them up myself. Raj and his staff--Matt, Andrew, Bonnie, Lakshmi, Carlos, Callie, Sri, and others I might not be remembering at the moment--have always been pleasant and very helpful over the years. I'm grateful for their consistently excellent customer care--and it is "customer CARE", not customer service--from all of them, and I know I can rely on it.”

“I have been under Dr. Potter’s care for a little over 2 months now and I cannot say enough good things about him and his practice. Everything here is so pleasant, from the office ambience to his amazingly kind assistant Corrine. I wholeheartedly look forward to my adjustments every week. You can always feel just how much Dr. Potter loves what he does and how much he cares for all his patients. He is gentle yet effective in treating and addressing pain and also focuses on the wholeness approach in his care. I always feel seen and heard by Dr. Potter. He gives amazing advice for aftercare/pain management and even teaches you a thing or two if he has the time to do so. These adjustments have done a lot for my mental health and connection to myself. This is not your traditional cracking and popping, you can feel the care in every touch. I’ve come in with headaches and pulled shoulders that have been resolved or eased by the end of care. “Our 2020 Ford Edge 36 month lease was coming to term. It was not originally purchased from Malouf… three years ago in March cars were very scarce, and we had to travel far from our home to find that one. This year we started shopping in the beginning of January. We visited no less than six Ford dealers in central and south jersey, trying to find our perfect Ford Edge… shockingly the treatment we received from sales people ranged from poor to absolutely hostile and aggressive. With no hesitation telling us how stupid we were to pass up on their great deal, that was only available that day, for the next 30 minutes!!! I was horrified to see that certain car dealers still operate like the “let me talk to my manager” of the 1980’s!!! Feeling pretty defeated, but not wanting to give up and settle… I again begin searching for Ford Edge inventory online. I came across a Malouf add.. 20 minutes before closing. I picked up the phone and called. Don Brown answered the phone and couldn’t have been more gracious. I gave him a two minute synopsis of what I’ve been going through and he gave me options I never thought of. “Have you looked at the Lincoln?” he went on to say “come down tomorrow. I’m going to have a professional salesman here waiting for you. He’ll go over all the options and I’m certainly we’ll make you happy” At 9:05 AM today my phone rang, it was Chris Fitzgerald a salesman from Maloof. He wanted to confirm when I was coming in today and assured me he have a couple of cars upfront, ready for me to look at. I arrived about 1 PM today. Chris Fitzgerald was a warm, welcoming and an absolute professional individual. My wife and I immediately felt so comfortable, which I think changed our whole perspective about this process. We really wanted to now find a car and buy from Chris and Maloof. We looked at and drove some Lincoln’s but the crossover line is still a different ride and feel then a true SUV. my wife said, “let me look at the Ford Edge again.” Lo and behold there was a gorgeous loaded up Titanium Edition, white with tan leather interior that we both immediately fell in love with!!! it’s funny how White was not one of our choices when we began this ordeal.🤔 (A wonderful buying experience allows this to happen) at 3:30 PM we were pulling off the lot in our BRAND NEW FORD EDGE! That we were head over heels in love with. We’re 60 years old and this was our 13th new car purchase as a married couple! And we’ll go down as one of the best experiences out of all of them!!! I gratefully wish to thank Don Brown and the consummate professional salesman Chris Fitzgerald for what they did for us today. And I encourage anyone who wants to forgo 30 days and six dealers of shopping to go directly to Malouf Ford and Lincoln mercury… 5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Joseph & Theresa Caruso, Colonia NJ”
