Debbie's fantastic! She understood the various trigger points that I have, and has a great way of telling you how and when to breathe to help release them.

She takes the time/patience to listen to all my concerns and reviews with me my problem areas. Totally worth the investment and it's nice to feel she truly cares about my health/recovery.
