Example:
The credit card machine wasn't working when I came in one day to purchase some cards. So I asked them to hold for me. I returned the next day and they said that they had placed them back, which wasn't a problem. When I went to purchase my cards the owner said they were on him and thanked me for coming back.
That is a great way to run a business!!
