Mel, in particular is not only super friendly and professional, but also explains everything in a thorough manner, helping the decision making process. Having returned to the area after over 20 years, and having had 5 Subaru vehicles during those years, I am comfortable knowing that I will go to All American Subaru when it is that me for #6.

(January 28, 2021, 5:06 pm)These guys are the BEST of the BEST! I have been going to this service center for about 6 years or so. The customer service they provide is phenomenal!!! Both Mrs. Liz Triola and Mr. Lawrence are not only so friendly and welcoming but also knowledgeable whenever I have brought my car in. Other staff members are so nice and accommodating as well. I feel at ease having these guys handle any sort of issues. I know my car is in good hands and the way they treat us customers are very excellent. They surely make you feel you are important.
