Visited this facility today for an MRI of the Head for my wife. She is very claustrophobic and has occasional anxiety attacks. When she saw the MRI tunnel as well as the head brace she would have placed over her face for the 15-minute procedure she panicked and was refusing the exam. The personnel at Perth Amboy Diagnostic Imaging were not only very patient with her, but suggested I be in the MRI room with her and hold her hand for the procedure. She was able to tolerate the enclosed space and head brace and the procedure was completed flawlessly thanks to the patience and professionalism of the staff. It is an excellent facility and I have no reservations about recommending it. Thanks guys, great job!

The staff was very nice. When I had to reschedule due to a few unexpected things, they were very accommodating for that. I got an appointment very easily. They worked with my schedule needs.
The MRI guy answered all my questions and helped make me feel comfortable and did everything to help me cope with the test. That is big as someone on the autism spectrum.
-1 star for a tiny parking lot, making it difficult to get a ride/dropped off.
-1 star for no music available. Please make that available. It helps A LOT for us as patients who are nervous about these tests.
