Rivercrest Apartments

My wife and I lived at RiverCrest Apartments for 10 years, it was the best experience we have ever had in a apartment complex. Very quite, kept clean and the property manager was amazing. If you have an issue you simply put in a support ticket thru their website portal and usually the next day it was taken care of. The team that works on the apartments are some of nicest people you will meet. Friendly and they do a great job every time. This is a great place to live and you shouldn’t think twice about living there.

I enter a ticket on 11/16/22 after 6 pm with a plumbing and thermostate issue. I received a call first thing Thursday morning from Tara office manager to futher discuss the issues.

By the time I came home maintence ( Adam) had already came in and fixed the issues. Inadditon, they left me a note on my door with details what was done.

I was very impressed with how quikly the turn around time it took to resolve these issues.

I am greatful and thankful for your help & resovling this matter so quickly.

What a lovely complex to rent in. It’s mostly a community of adults because the concentration of apartments are 1 bedroom. Neighbors are respectful of each other and the property management & leasing staff are terrific. Rivercrest uses a tenant online portal for rent, leasing docs and any maintenance issues needing attention.

The pool is an absolute dream. It is a must for a resident to relax in and let the stress of the day or workweek drift away.

The complex offers very nice BBQ grills with a tub of grill tools to use at no added cost and seating is available in the grilling patio.

It’s a pet friendly complex with a designated pet laundry room for your little friend.

You can rent in a newer complex for a good deal more money and not have the amenities Rivercrest offers. It’s a clean and well kept property. We would recommend it to friends.

I have been here for almost three years now and I can tell you people don't leave! I have talked to many who have been residents here for years.It is just that great a place to stay. My goodness, where do I start!! Let's just start with the appearance and maintenance of the property itself compared to surrounding properties. Always clean, neat, the grounds well maintained. They are always vigilant about what needs to be done and when. In fact, even after a storm when the wind and rain blew some branches and twigs all over the ground, as soon as the storm passed there were a crew of landscaping employees who had everything cleaned up. By the time those 9-5 ers came home from work, they would not have even known that the debris of tree twigs and branches had blown off in the common lawn area. That's how ON IT property manager, Bob, and current Maintenance Supervisor, Adam, Damien (former supervisor), Andrew and the others are!! When I say it was done quickly, I couldn't believe it!! Snow storms are no different. It is an "all hands on deck approach" to leadership, maintenance and management that is done with passion and care for the neighbors, the property and the community! I have seen our property manager himself out there at 3 or 4 am checking snow levels and driving his truck with plow on hand, to make sure that our essential workers and overnight neighbors may still be able to safely get out of the complex if needed. During IDA, the effective communication and care between our amazing office staff, Tara and Nancy, and the township, kept us all informed and safe. The clean up wasn't easy, but once again our maintenance staff was there day in and day out working to remove debris and assist residents with any of their damaged property. Just AWESOME! THAT says so much about the stellar maintenance, property management and office staff that we have here at Rivercrest Apartments. They are ALL the most professional, kindest, caring, patient, empathetic, diligent, knowledgeable, hands on, accommodating, helpful, courteous, respectful, fair, reasonable, HONEST staff both collectively and individually that you can find in a professional leasing setting. That coupled with swimming pool, grilling areas, dog park on site, access to major roadways, food, dining, entertainment makes Rivercrest Apartments the BEST and only CHOICE for potential Piscataway residents. The word is out and this treasure is a hot commodity for future residents! Thanks Bob, Tara, Nancy, Adam, Andrew and staff for all of your hard work... YOU ARE APPRECIATED!

My lease just ended in August, and my roommate and I only moved out due to my relocation for work. These apartments are beautiful inside and out- especially for the value! A quiet complex where everyone is super friendly! Pet friendly, which means plenty of cute dogs to meet on a daily basis as well. The pool and patio/grill area are an added bonus. We were lucky enough to have a unit at the back of the complex, where we had a view of the river from both our bedrooms. The property managers are amazing as well- always communicating with residents about any complex updates. Anytime you walk by any staff members in the community, they’re always extremely friendly and saying hello. Parking is also plentiful- a HUGE plus. I wish there was a Rivercrest Complex closer to where I work now! Would move back in a heartbeat and would recommend these complexes to anyone. Thank you for an amazing living experience!
