  RDN Ann Espinoza has truly changed my perspective on nutrition. The office as a whole has been phenomenal working with me to get an appointment quickly and scheduling at times that are very accommodating to those who work a traditional 9-5.
  
  Specifically, I've been working with Ann and for the first time in my life, I feel as though I have a nutritionist who does not judge me and truly cares about my well-being. She is patient centered, extremely communicative and SO easy-going. I never would have expected to want to stay working with a nutritionist but thanks to Ann, I'm beyond excited to continue on this journey with her to bettering my health post-surgery for the long run.
  
  I typically don't fill these out, but Ann deserves the public kudos and the team that handles scheduling does as well! 10/10 recommend.

  Ann Espinoza, RDN at SHS Nutrition, LLC Is great! She is caring, detailed and explains everything in order to be successful. She gives visuals as well as details which works for me as I am a visual learner. I hope to continue to gain the knowledge needed to have a successful journey toward my weight lost goals. Thank you Ann for creating an environment for your clients that is conducive to learning! Kudos on your hard work!

  I really had the best experience with Ann Espinoza! She is always available, and so amazing explaining all the steps before and after the surgery. She explained what to expect and gave me so many recommendations for different things to get; protein shakes, clear protein, vitamins, and so many other things. I really recommend Ann because she is a very patient and under stable person. I really enjoyed our appointments. She was always in communication with me and emailed all the information that she shared in the meeting to remind me in case I forgot.🤗😃

  I have had the pleasure of working with Natalia for the past 5 months. From our initial meeting together she has been wonderful to say the least. Always so encouraging, always provides the paperwork the following day covering everything we talked about. She definitely is an inspiration to me and is always so positive towards my goals. It was so great having such a tremendous nutritionist helping guide me on my weight loss journey which has now reached 80 pounds with the help of Natalia

  Sara is so patient with you. She is very understanding of the struggles that we go through to commit to losing weight. She makes you feel comfortable to be truthful & honest about what you’re eating. I have been seeing Sara for 4 months due to health issues and I’m down 35 lbs. I am so grateful to her for all of her encouragement.
