  He is a wonderful Doctor and for someone like me who's never been to a Chiro, it was a pleasant and helpful......the doctor is very helpful, soft spoken and an extremely nice person....Jackie at the front office is also a very helpful and wonderful person making the whole experience a comforting and painless and I went there with a lot of pain....

  I found Dr. Hochberg through stellar reviews on google and he did not disappoint! I am a chiropractic veteran and had expectations of the adjustments to be done for the issues I was having. Upon my initial visit, Dr. Hochberg did a very thorough exam and recommended x-rays in order to move on to the treatment plan. I have been to two adjustment sessions with Dr. Hochberg and my condition has much improved! He is a caring and patient practitioner and I would recommend Dr. Hochberg for chiropractic care if you are looking for one!

  Two weeks before I was about to leave for a long weekend of golf at a resort destination, my lower back was not feeling well and I was dreading having to cancel AND lose the money I had invested in airfare, lodging and more. I visited Dr. Cliff two days before I left and thankfully played golf every day without pain. Now I see Dr. Cliff every few weeks and feel better every time I leave his office. Highly recommended.

  Extremely happy & impressed with how much time Dr. Hochberg spent assessing & treating my 15 year old daughter's neck pain. It's clear that he is very knowledgeable and was treating her as an individual. He was very easy to talk to, explaining everything - diagnosis & treatment so that it was easily understood. We were amazed that after the very first adjustment her neck range of motion was greatly increased. It is a pleasure to go to his office & we especially appreciated the free class he gives that addresses lifestyle changes that patients can make to help with his treatments. I highly recommend this doctor and wouldn't trust my daughter's care with anyone else.

  My 50 lb. weight loss … thanks to Dr. Cliff and the Take Shape for Life program!
  
  I’m back to the weight I had when I was a fit young man in High School.
  
  Like most people with a weight problem, I have tried many different approaches, but after the dieting ended … the weight came back.
  
  I have a Masters in Food Science and, before retirement, worked in Research for several major food companies including Kraft and Coca-Cola. But having knowledge of Food Science is not the same as having knowledge of Dieting and Lifestyle changes.
  
  The Take Shape for Life program under Dr. Cliff’s wise … often funny … always helpful guidance provided me the means of losing the weight and keeping it off.
  
  It is a Life Program … not a Diet program and that made all the difference.
  
  I found it easier to lose the weight than I expected as I followed the 5 plus 1 Plan of meals. I had no “hunger pains” since I was getting the required delicious and nutritional meals at the time my body needed it.
  
  My physical fitness and overall health has greatly improved, I need fewer medications for Type II Diabetes, and my blood pressure is now normal as is my cholesterol and lipid levels.
  
  And I have the Tools under the program and with Dr. Cliff’s guidance to maintain my weight and improved life style.
  
  Oh, there is a downside.
  
  I had to donate a lot of 2X large clothing and buy several new belts after I ran out of space to punch new holes to shorten them.
