Very friendly and helpful. Do great body work. I just received my vehicle back after having a small fender bender, with today's new cars if your headlight has a crack, the led lights don't work, it's only an $800.00 dollar part yes cheap. Well my insurance wanted to pay for an aftermarket part. My car is only 2 yes old, and the after market parts, just don't fit right. Walter's negotiating directly with my insurance, explained and got a factory part. They still had my car fix at the agreed time. Also returned my rental for me. They go above and beyond. can't say enough great things about Tim and his crew. I was looking for a good place to take my car for inspection and to address some issues I was experiencing. I wanted a place that was going to be honest with me about what was going on with my car and not get ripped off in the process. Walter's is that place!

They worked with my schedule and kept me in the loop about what needed to be fixed. Their prices are very reasonable and I never felt like they were just in it for the money.
