Galaxy Freight Solutions Towing & Garage

I was stranded in my car for a few hours with a flat tire and had a nightmare experience repeatedly getting cancellations from numerous service providers assigned to my request by Audi Roadside Assistance. Finally four or five cancellations later, Galaxy Freight Solutions accepted my request and showed up within 40 minutes. Originally my request was for a spare tire change, unfortunately we discovered that the toolkit included in my Audi was the wrong one and wheels locks could not be taken off the flat tire. The tow truck driver, Frank, was kind enough to wait with me while I called Audi to change the request from a ‘tire change’ to a tow. He really went above and beyond to help me out. Would definitely recommend. Wish the other service providers Audi worked with were this reliable.

The company promised me that his guys would come back and help with my vehicle so it can be towed and I am very thankful.

Galaxy is the best! My son was broken down on the side of a busy highway and called Galaxy. They were there within 30 minutes. So professional and efficient. I am so grateful to them!
