It is such an uplifting atmosphere with staff and members that want to see you succeed and push through the workouts. It's not meant to be easy, if you want to work and change your life this place is the way to go. I have only been officially a member as of this week but I feel right at home and not nervous about what I am doing because I have a support system their to help me.”
