We were able to honor my mother by personalizing viewing. The funeral home does not have the "typical" funeral home feel instead it felt like a warm inviting home which was the perfect setting for my mother's funeral viewing. “I do not understand the bad reviews. I guess the post office does have only one window, but you never wait too long. Every year I have a few times where I have a special request and they are very accommodating. Actually I just spoke with Heidi on the phone and asked her to hold something for a pick up. She was very nice and accommodating. Additionally, they answer the phone all the time. It seems if someone is there they answer outside of window hours and they help you. I never had a bad experience or special request (reasonable) refused.”
