Pure Wellness Chiropractic has helped me immensely. I was apprehensive at first to even see a chiropractor, living with migraines, back and neck pain for years. After meeting Dr. Mike and his staff, they helped me attain a personal schedule with adjustments and massages. I highly recommend-great bedside manner and professional. I don't think I can express it into words... It changed my life! I can move again. Even with my hectic schedule, they are always able to fit me in for an occasional adjustment to keep me on par. I rarely leave reviews but I am surprised at how painless my experience at this location was. It seems the negative reviews are impressions of Progressive as a company (which can be subjective in some cases) rather than the location and it's staff.
As soon as I walked in the door I felt welcome. The staff immediately came to me and walked out to my car with me as I explained the extent of my vehicle's damage. I must include that I have a very old and ugly car that has seen better days, but was comforted with pleasant jokes and the fact that their staff has seen worse and I had nothing to worry about.
The process was long, I would say about an hour and 15 minutes, but every so often, I was assured that they were working on my vehicle and approximate ETAs were provided by James (forgive me if i remembered the wrong name, lots of emotions going on today) Once the adjuster came out and explained everything to me... I felt grateful. He was willing to answer any questions I had, provided me with my options, and even showed me some pictures on his camera to explain his ratings and adjustments. There was no rushed feeling and he was very personable. I did not catch his name, though.
Definitely a positive experience.
