(March 26, 2022, 6:08 pm)Whats better than a small pond, home to ducks and geese, with a fountain, fed by a little brook, with adjoining basketball courts, soccer fields and a jungle gym, with a nearby gazebo for shade? Not too much! On top of all that its the home of the South River September 11th Memorial, a great tribute to the memory of those lost that day. Centrally located and walkable by half the town, but plenty of parking too in the adjacent lot.
(May 12, 2021, 5:43 pm)One of my favorite parks... Great playground for toddlers and children... Beautiful pond great for fishing bass, catfish, bluegill, ect. Also an awesome place to go if you play Pokemon Go !! Tops of pokestops and two poke gyms.
