My Galaxy 6 screen went completely black. They took the time to complete a thorough diagnostic to identify the issue. The guy worked endlessly on making sure my phone was fixed especially because I had very important information I needed to retrieve from it. He explained every issue to me and made sure I completely understood. They both stayed at work longer to make sure that I had a working phone.
