  The phone plan is at a great price, but their phones don't have a financing plan and upgrading has a fee. Customer is average, nothing special.

  Went in to buy a new cell phone. The girl was excellent. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions and as a result I am very happy with my choice of phone!!

  Amazing customer service!!!The girls here go above and beyong to help you. I come here sometimes for payment and from time to time to get accessories. My last galaxy also ordered it. They had it sooner than expected. Fast, helpful and great services over all. Thank you!!!

  Fast, Informative and Helpful!!! I came in here to switch service providers. The sales Rep in the store at the time was very knowledgeable in the fastest way for getting my number ported over from AT&T without getting the run around. She was very informative on all current deals for new customers and the phones with all their features. She wasted no time in setting up my phone and sending me on my way. I even got a free promotional stylus pen!!! If you're porting over your number from a different provider or just want a new phone the rep you want to look for is usually there. Hands down best experience in a phone shop ever

  I hate the best experience with the sales rep. She was kind and very informative and got me into a new Samsung at practically little to no money. I don't understand these comments because she wasn't rude at all. And I have recommend several people and they all the same review and experience with this sales rep.
