Got my insurance, reasonable cost. I can only comment on the front end purchase, the real test would be making a claim and seeing customer service and claims payment results.

I have been using Rider Motorcycle Insurance since my first moped in the 80's.
Their prices have always been reasonable and their service is excellent.
My current Rider Insurance policy is at least $150/yr less than the next lowest brand I quoted, and they provide way more value than the competitor (for a $450 policy!)
When submitting claims to Rider, the adjustors have been professional, fair and quick. Payouts were exactly what they said they would be, when they would be. In addition to the motorcycle policy, they cover helmets and other safety gear as well as performance, comfort and other modifications.
No tricks, no gimmicks, just good service.
