Their group classes with Trish are challenging and fun they focus on strength training more than group classes I’ve tried which I love. It’s great to be able to really get stronger and have proper form in a group setting, while still getting that cardio in. I am certainly satisfied thus far and have been blown away by my experience at this new facility. I also love the new renovations which are still going on. It is a top-rated facility.”

The gym is small but always available, the pool is lovely and the neighborhood is nicely located off the road in a secluded million area. Very close to lovely park with a baseball field and playground, as well as bmx course and dog park. Great place for families and young professionals!”
