I was passing through jersey I looked on Google and went with the best reviews .. was not disappointed before going there I called and spoke with the young lady at the front office (She was amazing giving me feed back on what the issue could be .. you know 99% of the time you call a truck stop and it’s a female she will just direct you to a tech asked them a question and they don’t know anything ..ijs). I swung by the shop with my trailer which was big for me because you have dealers that won’t let you come with trailer love that convenience. I explained the issue and love how they diagnosed several areas and found two potential problems replaced them and it definitely made a huge difference. I will definitely bring my truck here moving forward if I’m in the area or neighboring states. The CEO (the gentleman in the other office ) forgive me I’m bad remembering names was incredibly cool (talk about hospitality) hands down the entire crew made me feel like family. An experience at a shop that I have never seen or experienced until I came to Jersey Truck Repair”
