“I have been a customer at Devines for 29 years. They are everything you want your pharmacy to be. Quick prescriptions, answering medication questions, calling you doctor when a prescription doesn’t look right (yes, this happened once, my dentist put the decimal in the wrong place and prescribed a dose 10x the required amount), which my pharmacist caught. They also have great gifts, cards, holiday stuff, a post office inside and a nice manageable sized store. They had Covid testing too. They are so much better than those big chain pharmacies. They know who you are and welcome you.”

“The girls there were fantastic , my fiance's mother bought her earrings almost two yrs ago that she couldn't find the receipt to so we went over there nd the girls were able to give us store credit for the full price of the earrings .... Also they were showing us all the jewelry that was on sale so we were able to get four pairs of new earrings as well as lip rings and still had 15 bucks to spare ..... I'm not a big fan of that store but the help was great I'd go back anytime”

Especially since Covid and more people coming to Truckee and getting everything shipped here. They are very understaffed for all the packages they have to sort for our community but the staff they do have is always helpful, kind and has a great attitude. My favorite post office!”

“Giving 5 stars only because I can't give more! I normally don't give reviews, as expect good service when doing your job. However, the Moreland Post Office (with Bertha and Daniel behind the counter) are the most fluid team since Fred Astair and Ginger Rogers. Whenever there is an issue with our mail, it has always been traced to the distribution center in Atlanta or the receiving post office. I have never seen anyone from the USPS return calls especially after hours, except for these two dedicated individuals. I had an Uncle who was with the Post Office for 54 years, and he would have been proud to serve along side Bertha and Daniel.”

“I phoned this particular office on 6/20 because tracking information for a package I was expecting showed it sitting there for 5 days. After reading other reviews, I wasn't expecting much. Then I spoke to a gentleman named Vinny. Vinny kindly asked for my tracking number and despite not being able to give me an exact answer for where my package was based on the information he saw, proceeded to take the time to explain to me what the various USPS terms indicated and what this meant for the delivery of my item . He mentioned that he would submit a request for review of my order. I don't know if he did that or not, but my package miraculously left their facility yesterday. I am grateful for his patience and his persistence in trying to find an answer for me. I removed one star because it took a couple of hours of dialing to get someone to pick up the phone. I'm sure glad Vinny finally did!”
