The Visiting Counselor

Reasonably priced Best Western, our room was very nice and though the bathroom was not fully stocked, the desk attendant came immediately to correct the situation. Comfy beds with an extra blanket which I was happy to use. The AC was not noisy, the room appeared to be clean, all the lights worked, no problem with the plumbing, etc. The breakfast area was attractive and attentively managed. The crew was very pleasant and helpful. “Marilyn” was particularly on the ball, but each individual was cheerful and staying busy.

One of the best experiences I have ever had at a hotel, and I have stayed at MANY HOTELS! The rooms were very nice and the water pressure in the shower was PHENOMENAL. The breakfast was delicious, but the best treat of all is the customer service. I don't know if all their staff treats you like Cindy treated me, but she brought my travel day from hell into the promised land that was this wonderful hotel. If you need a place to stay in the Dallas/Fort Worth area -- no questions, this is it!

So 5 star ratings normally are merited for service that is “above & beyond”. That is not the case here. What we did experience though was just as worthy: our expectations were completely met in a courteous, professional, & efficient manner! Late night check-in went seamlessly & our room was exactly the one we booked & looked just like the website images-which was so appreciated by two road-weary travelers.Breakfast the next morning was exactly as described on the website -from hot waffles to Starbucks coffee. Marilyn one of the breakfast hosts was attentive to us & the other guests. Asking “lost-looking”” guests what they needed & guiding them to the butter, creamer, etc. while the whole time keeping things filled up & clean. Jessica at reception quickly & do pleasantly took care of some additional booking needs. Then returning to our room to find housekeeping had already been by & things had been moved to clean & carefully placed back exactly as found! If you want the sheer stress-free pleasure of having things go exactly as expected and planned then Best Western Lewisville Flower Mound is the place for you!

Great hotel experience. Because of flight delays with American airlines, my wife and I stayed a short night at this hotel. The rooms were impeccable and the service outstanding. The night manager did everything possible to make our short stay a high quality experience. We appreciated the attention to detail.

The Customer Service was beyond what I was expecting. The moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome from the front desk manager Carlos. Every time we spoke in passing he inquired about our stay, and was genuinely concerned that everything was going well.

The room was large and clean. The bed was comforting to sleep in and the internet in the room was a great throughout out the stay.

Bathroom towels could be a bit larger and softer, but overall we were very pleased with the overall quality of the room.

I have to mention Karen who sets up the breakfast area. She is truly a joyful person to visit with and goes over and beyond what she has to do. I watch her offer to cook several guests waffles for them they wanted. The area was spot clean, and they serve Starbucks coffee.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking 👀 for a nice place to stay👍👍
