I am giving OW LLC 5 STARS. Now the question is where to start... I’ve been in plenty of barns over the years and Olivia’s has exceeded EVERY single expectation of mine. First off, Olivia and the staff are amazing, all very knowledgeable, friendly and go above and beyond 100% of the time to make sure you and your horse have the experience you could only dream of. I have been boarding my horse with Olivia for the past year and he wouldn’t have it any other way. He is well fed and his coat looks like a silk sheet. I have never seen it looking soo good before! I can sleep at night knowing that Olivia takes care of every horse as if it was her own. The barn is always tidy and when I say tidy I mean it. Not only does she have a beautiful property but also offers a HEATED INDOOR with viewing room, so when my horse is being trained, I can comfortably sit there and watch him progress into his full potential. OW LLC is a one stop shop for all of your equine needs.
She makes it look easy and does it with a smile.

My horse and I have been with Olivia for a year now and I could not have asked for a better place! Olivia has made me feel so comfortable and confident in my decision to move with her everyday. She is extremely hands on and takes care of the property so well. From everyday care of the horses, to managing the facility itself, she is on top of everything. The farm is in tip top shape, with a beautiful outdoor riding ring, and a huge indoor! There is nothing this barn and her services don’t offer!

After a 20+ year hiatus from riding, I decided to get back into it and was lucky enough to land at Olivia’s barn. From the first lesson, I knew I was in the best hands. The barn and grounds are stunning and immaculate, Olivia and Nina are attentive spectacular teachers and I have learned so much in a short time. I am becoming the confident rider I used to be, I learn something new every single lesson and being there with the horses is always the best part of my day. As a result of their expertise, I was matched perfectly with the right horse for me. Aside from my love for horses and riding, I truly enjoy the people and the atmosphere at this barn.
