I have been seeing Dr. Zacks for over 5 years, he is very kind, caring, compassionate and he has excellent bedside manners. He carefully listens to all your complaints, documents them and very carefully makes appropriate recommendations and explains to the patient in a very simple, understandable way. He goes out of his way to answer all your questions and concerns. His professionalism is impeccable.

He is very knowledgeable, up to date and his knowledge-based confidence is admirable and is lifesaving in the field of Cardiology/ Electrophysiology. Dr. Zacks, is a godsend to me and he wants his patients get the Best Care available and goes out of his way to help his patients to get it.

I want to share my recent experience. I was having Ventricular Arrhythmia [VT's], on a Friday at around 4.30 pm and I reached out him, he promptly answered my call, remotely read the transmission from my " device "[pacemaker/defibrillator], reassured me, sent me to ER and contacted ER Physician and ICD Technician, gave instructions to them to adjust my device and medications. He referred me for Cardiac Ablation procedure and he himself contacted a well-known Cardiologist in New York Presbyterian Hospital to treat me- all done by Dr. Zacks himself on a Friday night 8 pm, even though he was not on call. How many Doctors will do that?

Dr. Zack's is an outstanding Cardiologist/ Electrophysiologist and an amazing human being, and I am very grateful!

Without hesitation, I rate Dr Zacks as a 5 star cardiologist/electrophysiologist. He is personable and professional and an expert in his area. His staff are very attentive and address matters well, ASAP.

I'm thrilled with the pacemaker
Dr. Eran Zacks placed in me. He is definitely the doctor to choose. I was discharged the next morning and went to work after 2 days. I didn't miss a beat!

Dr. Zacks has been treating me for A fib for the last 10 years. His expertise and surgical skills are exceptional. I stayed with Dr. Zacks for my care after he moved to Monmouth knowing that he had the experience and ability to customize my care plan in a manner that has enabled me to lead an optimally healthy and improved life. Dr. Zacks looks at the total patient treatment continuum with attention to detail and empathy for patients that sets the standard for others to follow. He takes time to listen and understand how I am doing at each visit and is always available to answer me and my family's questions about heart health and ways to best live with A fib, while greatly reducing the chances of a reoccurrence of the condition. I am extremely grateful to have Dr. Zacks watching over me and want to extend my thanks to the entire team at Monmouth Cardiology for your world class care and commitment to me and all of your patients!!

Dr. Zaks is a 5 ⭐️ practitioner. He is professional, personable and a tremendous patient advocate. He treated my father, and in-turn when I required such expertise, I was referred to him by my cardiologist. My choice to go to him, yes, but only based on advice of other physicians (as one said to me “if I needed such expertise that’s who I would go to first”. When his practice relocated, I followed to stay with him despite it being further away.

Ability to follow-up with appointments is easy. He has been known to return calls quickly and he ensures follow-on reports are sent to the referring physician(s) expeditiously, to ensure collaborative care is uninterrupted and maintained.

My 5 ⭐️ rating is provided unreservedly and he is highly recommended. His bedside manner is also exceptional as he is willing to converse and answer any questions presented.
