Bob was amazing with coming to the rescue and fixing our leak. As first time house owners, we were both clueless and panicked when our wall was leaking water. He arrived in, found the problem, explained the solution step by step, showed us along the way and even answered any other “stupid” questions we had. He responded quickly to our after hours need, was polite, cleaned up his mess, and made sure we were completely satisfied! We are now customers for life, and will absolutely use them in the future for all our needs!
