(March 22, 2018, 10:09 am)When I was 10 years old my family bought our first cabin cruiser at Fair Haven Yacht Works. It was a brand new 1957 24 ft Owens and it seemed like an ocean liner to me. That started a lifelong love affair with boating. Back in 1957 FHYW had a long railroad boat launch which I guess no longer exists. Very fond memories of weekends on the water with my mom and dad.

(March 14, 2018, 9:45 pm)I've had two different boats there for 15 years now. Jim runs a great marina with all of the services you'd ever need to be on the water. All of the property is kept clean and the docks are maintained very well. The location is great with nice water views even when you don't leave the dock and fabulous sunsets are frequent.
