    Had 4 exterior doors replaced by Factory Direct. Couldn’t beat the door quality for the price, and the doors look great. One door had a small leak where the door lite frame met the inside of the door, but the installers were very quick to come out and fix the issue. I would definitely recommend them!

    We haven’t had new windows in 25+ years and we are so happy we found this company to help us. They got everything done in one day, were very polite and very professional! The house even feels warmer and more insulated. Highly recommend.

    I had to replace a leaking bay window in my living room. The window is beautiful and the installation was done well. Pricing is good. Would definitely recommend buying windows from Factory Direct Windows and Doors.

    Window looks great, owner worked within my time frame to put it in. No mess left behind. They cleaned up everything. The smell from the insulation foam went away after a few hours ( I had windows n doors open n my fan on to help keep the air circulating ). Yes I would buy from them again

    Zak and his team at Factory Direct did a great job. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, my windows came in, in the time frame they told me and were installed in a timely manner and look great. I will definitely be using them again for the rest of my window replacements in my house. Would highly recommend them.
