“I made an appointment after about two months of knee pain brought about from exercise. Getting my knee pain free was the simpler part, but it turns out I had issues and muscle imbalances in my hips which was causing added stress on my knees. There's no comparison between the physical therapists I worked with here and ones I've had in the past. They fully understood I intended to get back to the gym so they built a program for me to address the problems I was aggravating while working out. Each therapy session we'd first review what sort of workouts I did since the last session, what pain or difficulty I was having, and they would explain in detail which exercises would address each issue. I've been able to go for a run with zero knee pain for a while now, and I've started up heavy weightlifting again while incorporating the things they've shown me. It's almost bad for business- they are trying to keep me from having to come back.”
