“I met Dr. Prokurat when he operated on my sister in June 2017. As fate would have it, one month later, I was in the ER at Centrastate Medical Center with what I thought was an enflamed appendix. I asked Dr. Prokurat to take my case and I will be eternally grateful that he did. After reviewing my CAT scan, Dr. Prokurat explained the situation was much more involved than just the appendix. In addition, my gall bladder was enflamed and I was in desperate need of repair to a recurrent ventral hernia.
