My husband and I really benefited from our sessions with Frances. We appreciated her warmth and patience. She clearly brings a lot of experience to the table. Frances was very perceptive at drawing out our patterns of behavior, asking the right questions and helping us arrive at strategies to work together better as a couple. My only regret is not having seen her sooner!
I began seeing Fran at 18 years old. She helped a great deal with the depression and confusion I was dealing with. We spent several years working through things together, and ended our sessions. I married and had 3 children and by 30, I was in complete crisis. We reconnected and she counseled both me and my husband through some very difficult times (individually and together). Our sessions, over many years, were critical in saving our marriage and our life together. I am 62 years old now and I have had a beautiful life...and I can say that without Fran's consistent and caring support, this would not be so. My last sessions with Fran were just several months ago...I hadn't seen her in years. My husband and I retired, moved and found ourselves dealing with a lot of life changes right in the middle of covid. I began to suffer bouts of PTSD and many of the old demons began to surface. It had been more than 15 years since our last contact but I found Fran online...we picked up right where we left off. Her patience, compassion, understanding and knowledge can not be overstated. She is a gift to the profession and I give her my highest recommendation!
Frances is amazingly insightful and understands “the art of the question “ like no other therapist I have ever interacted with. My spouse and I were on the verge of divorce and through her tutledge have been able to look within and see how our own unresolved issues have impacted our relationship. She is keenly aware of our dynamics and offers practical suggestions to help us move forward. Additionally she has a quick wit and I find that to be helpful when I just can’t get out of my own way. My spouse and I highly recommend her for family / couples therapy. She has this uncanny ability to hit the nail right on the head and is very relatable and able to help process issues by having each of us look at the other side of the coin. Having worked for over 30 years in the mental health field myself she is by far one of the most seasoned professionals I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Her knowledge of family systems has also played a big part in our work. I trust her implicitly and credit her with saving our relationship and helping improve familial relationships.
I’d recommend Frances, her calm, thoughtful personality makes you feel comfortable opening up.
I completely recommend this therapist. She has like 40 years of experience and it shows bc she's amazing with confronting issues of anxiety. I know other people too who have seen her on and off over the years, she's great with complicated families and has helped people stay together who were headed for divorce.
