“I had a foot injury few years ago and was in crutches for several months. When I worked with Mario he was so diligent, specific to my personal physiological needs and attentive to detail. Additionally he noticed a poor movement pattern on my back that would have lead to scoliosis long term and trained me to balance the lack of symmetry in my back. Then recently I developed carpal tunnel and I returned to Mario. He taught me corrective exercises to ease the pain by utilizing the muscles correctly. I do not have numbness and tingling in my hands anymore. My foot feels fantastic. His profession in Athletic Training has been such a blessing in my life. Even with the whole pandemic thing they still have managed to give me the help I need by offering me one on one counseling and regular counseling group sessions through the zoom app. These counseling sessions have helped me not only to identify feelings and emotions but how to cope with them as well.
