John really was concerned about my needs and ready to answer all my questions about truck access, security, etc. Very concerned that I had insurance coverage and assisted in making sure I was protected. Access was easy with the sole exception of Lakewood making illegal or difficult to make left turns. This will take awhile to get use to. Strong recommendation of a very clean and friendly storage facility.”

“My lil ole 2002 Prius is triggering all sorts of alerts on my Verizon OBD (on board dash) reader. It's time for a new car, just can't spend another thousand on it. So, I was looking... Each time, over the years, when passing Ice Cream on 9 and saw all of the cars lined up, just like the good old days at the 'drive-in' diners, I'd get a feel that this is a family business (...Remember, just taking a drive and stopping in for a soda fountain or sundae?) I stopped in a couple times for ice cream at the place on Rte 9, and it is so good! Well, first Sunday in November 2018, I was passing by, and Ice Cream on 9 was still open, and there was a beautiful late model car in the lot for sale. I inquired, and now own a new car! It's more computerized than my little Prius love, and I'm getting used to the back up cameras. So, in winter, the family who operates the ice cream shoppe also operates a used car auction. I met the father and son and other family members. What wonderful people! It was a pleasure doing business with them.”

“I am very grateful for the excellent service provided by my neighbor, Michael Mark. When I needed my sign removed quickly, he came to my rescue. His replacement sign is much better-big visible letters, high contrast colors-than the sign he removed. He got the town permits, and gave helpful recommendations about a LED sign upgrade. I am happy to report that drivers that have never been through my doors now see the sign, and come in to buy. Even months after the installation, Mr Mark noticed that I was unable to change the display, so he called to help. Excellent service!”
