When i came here, i was desperate, crying, overwhelmed, everything you can imagine and then worse. I assumed perhaps i’d need a new car all together and was freaked out and panicky. However - the friendly, non judgmental mechanic who helped me, literally stopped what he was doing to help me. Here i was treated like family, not to mention they did a PHENOMENAL job on my car, AND a reasonable cost. I have been meaning to write this review for about a month. listen - if you need a car repair, oil change, anything.. GO HERE. This was beyond the best experience i’ve ever had. I am genuinely grateful for this place and the employee who helped me. Thank you, again, so much.

I am not one for writing reviews but I have had such great experiences at R & J Auto Repair that I needed to share them. I have brought all five of my children’s vehicles there over the past 4 years for a variety of issues. Lisa and her father have been nothing less than absolutely amazing. They treat you with care, curiosity and work with your schedule to get the vehicle repaired in a timely manner. They explain the mechanical issue and the most cost effective way to address it. It’s rare to find this level of honesty and reliability in todays world. I would never take any of my vehicles anywhere else.

We have used R & J numerous times. Very honest and reliable and reasonable. Will not steer you wrong. Lisa, Bobby and staff are excellent. We totally trust this business.

Lisa, Frank & the team at R&J are PHENOMENAL! I've received work at over two dozen shops in NJ/NY, both chains and family owned, none come close to the level of care, professionalism and quality that R & J Auto Repair provide on a CONSISTENT basis.

Every single time I've been here, the service was QUICK, AFFORDABLE, and ALWAYS on point, the problem is resolved the first time every single time with no repeat visits!

Just yesterday (7/13/2020), I went in to service my tire, there was a nail sticking in it and ended up driving 160 miles on a spare to get home. Not only did they remove the nail and fill all 4 tires, they checked everything over and made sure there were no other issues. They did this all at no charge, and REFUSED payment. Lisa & Frank stated it was really nothing and only a few minutes but the truth is it was much more to me. These are honest and amazing folks, I'm lucky to go here.

If you're looking for the best, this is it. I've recommended to all my colleagues, friends, and family because I've had a positive experience on every occasion and I would not trust any other place with my vehicles.
