“We purchased our Life Saver Pool Fence last season. I meant to write a review then but I dropped the ball. The folks over at the Manalapan, NJ office are friendly, upfront, and efficient. Bob came out to provide the quote and sales information. The price was comparable to anyone else but the quality of the product was the best. The install was done in a blink of an eye. It gave us some comfort with my adventurous little son in the backyard and it actually looks nice around the pool. So, why am I writing this now? Over the fall and winter, my area of NJ had some rough storms. I had made a mistake with one of the aluminum sleeves used in my retaining wall bricks; the fence posts and fence were perfectly fine but the aluminum sleeve had cracked. I called up the team and spoke to John. I wanted to ask where I could buy the post myself but he insisted on coming out to cut a new one and replace it for me. That's impeccable customer service. I highly recommend their product but I also recommend working with this team in particular.”

“Originally, my experience was less than sufficient. I had been trying to reach out to a team member for months and had gotten no response. The associate I was calling left and I was unaware. I was finally able to get ahold of Dr. Hilsen and she remedy the situation while she was on vacation!!! I’m so happy, my son loves his speech teacher and we do partake in “in-home” services. The enrollment process was easy and can be done online. It took me about 20-30 minutes and they do accept insurance.”

“Over 60 years I've had numerous dentists, most of them quite capable, but none compared to Dr. John James of Brazel, Zunger, James, DDS. I've never needed backup care from either of his two partners, but I'm confident I would be satisfied, since every one I have interacted with there has been first rate. Maritza, Joan and Joann “man” the spotless reception area. I've never had an erroneous charge on an invoice, and all make a point of noting non-routine charges without waiting for a question. All three are proficient and cordial. Linda, the doctor's assistant, is a gem. Always attuned to what the doctor is doing. When I started working with Dr. James 15 years ago, most of my teeth were out of warranty. He outlined a 24 month treatment plan, making it possible to budget. Since then most of my care has been maintenance. He is quite thorough in his exams, meticulous with the drill, and always attentive to the finishing touches. Thus I have never had to come back because of rough edges, etc. When we started working on my plan he referred me once to a dental surgeon, once to a periodontist, and twice to an endodontist. I suspect a number of my previous dentists might have tried to do some of those treatments themselves. Dr. James' attitude was that he wanted the best for his patients, not “good enough.” ”
