“Jeremy is the best. As a physiologist he is trained to use the latest testing equipment that previously was available only to Olympic athletes. Now the newest technology is available to the general public . Starting with your Body Composition Analysis you will see a statistical analysis of your body strengths and weaknesses. There is a VO2 max test on a treadmill with a heart monitor and a breathing mask that will collect data to be analyzed. I had heart surgery, gone through cardiac rehab, and was hoping to increase my activities and improve fitness. After my data was collected, Jeremy went over the numbers, discussed long term goals, and designed the interval training in the heart rate zones for me to see measurable improvement over the next few months. He also designed training with bands and weights to improve strength in the areas that the data showed muscle weaknesses. Jeremy's skills can benefit anyone who wants to improve athletic performance in sports, or anyone, any age, who wants to improve their overall health and fitness.
