The Middletown Wellness Center

I enjoyed the Salt Cave today! I went in feeling stressed and anxious brought on by the events of the day and left feeling refreshed, relaxed and recharged. I am so glad to have such a great establishment so close by!

Love love love this place! Dawna is such a sweetheart! I’ve done cryo slimming and I have a membership for the sauna and I’ve had great results from both. The sauna is my favorite way to relax!

I love this place! It’s so nice and it feels like a spa with its treatments. Amanda at the front was also so helpful & had great knowledge of all the services offered at the wellness center.

I went in to their Black Friday Sale last week. I was able to speak with Stephanie one-on-one and get a consultation on what services I would need to shape by body the way I want it. She sat down with me and explain what I should have done and why it should be done. I was able to try the Oxygen Bar, which was amazing, it cleared my head and that night I had a restless sleep (8 solid hours). I had my first cryo-slimming treatment last week and I am so thrilled with the results. I cannot wait to finish my treatments to see the final results. I am very impressed by Stephanie's knowledge and her compassion to listen to woes about my body. I am looking forward to Meditation and The Salt Room Therapy.
