Love Dr. Sedarous but not a fan of the unfriendly front desk who seem exhausted and sad.
I have been seeing Dr. Fitzpatrick for over five years and I've never had a problem. Of course their office is busy; it's a neurology office and I'm sure they're associated with JSUMC, which means they're even busier than most in the field. I don't understand why people would think the nursing assistants or staff are rude because they aren't. They're simply extremely busy with hundreds of patients. The waitlist for an appointment should tell you all you need to know about their practice, and that's that it's damn good.
