Transformation... I had worked with many trainers but hadn't experienced a transformation until working with Robert. He assessed my personal goals and body type, and came up with a program that worked. He continued to advance my program with our progress so I didn't plateau. He strikes the right balance of pushing progress while keeping me motivated. I now feel strong, fit and healthy. Thank you.
