(February 22, 2023, 11:44 am)Jersey Strong at the Red Bank location is a very homey place to workout and the staff/members are so welcoming. The equipment here is amazing and the gym’s location is ideal. I would definitely recommend this gym.
(January 27, 2022, 10:46 pm)Jersey Strong and the entire Jersey Strong family are beyond incredible. They’re super supportive, the facilities are extremely clean, and the health aspect is incredible! Between medical grade body scans and your own personal trainer that tailors routines to you (Anthony is fantastic btw), I could not ask for anything more from a gym. Aside from all that was mentioned, cardio by the water in Red Bank actually makes it bearable (and let me just mention, I absolutely hate cardio). Overall, this is the best gym experience I have ever had!
