Lisa allowed my true self to acknowledge my fears and manage my behavior appropriately. Our sessions were open, warn, and accepting. I felt safe and free. No to do lists or check off lists, or home work...at least it didn't feel that way. I have suffered many different forms of loss and continue to do so but with Lisa's help, I am able to manage and move forward, while embracing the emotions attached to these losses. I miss our sessions and wish I could still see her. Make the consultation appointment. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Lisa for everything. I hope I am able to meet with you again soon.
