Almost 12 years ago, Blanche Franks sold us our property in Ocean Grove. When we decided in late December to sell our property, we thought of no one else but Blanche to help us. Just like all those years ago, Blanche was friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. She met us at our home, took pictures, made a few suggestions on staging, and wrote a detailed description. Within 2 days we received multiple offers; Blanche keeping us posted the entire time. When a buyer was selected, Blanche kept us abreast of all conversations from the buyers, their realtor and attorney up through the morning of our closing. She promptly let us know whenever we needed to provided documents, information, etc. She assisted us when we were unable to drive down to take care of a matter during the inspection process. From start to finish the process took only 1 month. You could not ask for a more professional Realtor to sell your home than Blanche or to help you find your dream hom.
