Sprig Market Dining & Cafe

Great space, creative menu, friendly staff...our new favorite place! The bronzini was super fresh and the whole entree was incredible. Also had beet salad, homemade gelato. Be sure to try the thin sliced ribeye cheesesteak for lunch.

Chef Sam is a phenomenal cook! We hired him to cater our weekly networking group every Friday morning and Everyone in the group has been Raving ever since. We are SO HAPPY we found Sprig and highly recommend the food there. Kudos Chef Sam.

My son and I just went there after shopping and WOW! We got the Chicken Caesar wrap, Thai chicken wrap, and Palermo wrap (brought back for my mom :) and a sweet cherry live aid and 1/2 Iced green tea 1/2 lemonade. All of it was delicious! All the ingredients were super fresh; chicken was hot and tender. The portion size was perfect- not too big but perfectly filling. Met the owner Sam, who was incredibly helpful and explained how they made their own…everything!!! He shared a fresh bagel out of the oven, which was definitely amazing and makes me look forward to going back and trying the rest of their (all) homemade bread. Highly recommend!!!

A welcome addition to Monmouth County, a lot of potential here. The atmosphere is fresh and we were met with an enthusiastic introduction by Chef Sam. My lunch crab cake sandwich was as good as it should be, and my boy inhaled the chicken parm. I really like the fizzy drink menu, and I brought home an actual piece of honeycomb- a sweet snack for my daughter. The service was attentive and the menu was interesting enough that I will come back for dinner and their to-go options once they get a little more established. Just go.

Excellent variety, fresh and ample portions ! Friendly and knowledgeable service. Love the verdure sandwich, Napa chicken salad sandwich pear salad and amazing pastries! We’re looking forward to sampling more meals!
