“I was initially hesitant to see Dr.Marcus, or any doctor in this field of study. As a patient now of over 4 years she has been all but a positive impact in my life. I believe many people miss understand what she provides vs what a therapist provides. Every persons situation is different. I would like to remind anyone reading the negative reviews that they are all subjective and Dr. Marcus is there to provide what she believes is the right path of treatment. I was not simply just provided medication on a first visit. Dr. Marcus took time to understand my situation, and provided the proper treatment/guidance. I do not have grand expectations of all doctors to just “cure” complex issues, but I can say through the years of ongoing treatment with Dr.Marcus my quality of life has since the improved since first stepping into her office.”

From Karen Lovell, daughter: I love everything about Chapel Hill Dental Arts -- Dr. Zaidi is amazing with my dad, along with his fabulous team. Genevieve and Mina are especially wonderful with him. Gen and my dad laugh and joke, and most recently, she stayed right by his side, talking to him constantly as he waited for a dental impression to set. (He was afraid he might gag.) Mina is my go-to person when I have questions about anything and everything. She is also great about making sure my dad knows the costs of procedures. “We love Dr. Su and have been patients of hers for many years. She is a great doctor who saved my life and who has taken great care of my loved ones for a long time. However, some of her receptionist staff can be unprofessional and it is a shame because she is such a fantastic doctor. I called to make an appointment and immediately off the bat the woman who answered my call had a snippy tone and bad attitude. She acted as if she was doing me a favor by even answering the call. I understand a job dealing with many patients in a day becomes mentally taxing but It’s demeaning to be spoken to in such a way when you are being polite and making a simple request. I’ve dealt with a few not so excellent receptionists in my years of being a patient here but this particular woman, unfortunately, takes the cake.”
