“My initial experience with the front desk staff, both on the phone and in person was frustrating to put it mildly. I asked for the office manager. I was greeted by Jennifer. I don't know if she is the manager, but she is a professional! Friendly, polite and very easy to talk to and get along with. And turned a bad experience into a good one . It got much better though. I had an appointment with Dr. Doumas. Two appointments. Found him to be an excellent doctor. Listened to my concerns , had all the right answers and was right on with the treatment he provided me. Would definitely recommend him to family and friends. I gave this practice four stars mainly because of Dr.Doumas and Jennifer . I think the people who you encounter on your initial visit can make or break a practice. At least with me.”

“I have been going to Dr. Weber for 30 years, & I honestly believe he is the best diagnostician & rheumatologist you will ever find. I just moved out of NJ to Charleston & saw the premier rheumatologist at MUSC, & I can honestly say from both a nurses & patient's perspective that this place doesn't come remotely close to the care & tx. I received from Dr. Weber & his long time staff. All of them are amazing, & I am now going to fly back to NJ every 3 months just to see him for my continued long term care of Systemic lupus & Osteoporosis. There is simply no one else like him, anywhere. No, he doesn't accept insurance, his staff will submit it for you though. He spends an extraordinary amount of time with his patients, & he listens, I mean really listens, to every single word you say. When's the last time you had a doctor stay in the room with you for over an hour? Well this one will if itsi necessary. I would travel around the world to be his patient. Which is more important, your health & life, or the temporary wait for you to get your money back from your insurance company?”
