They were accommodating beyond belief, caring which it too far and few between these days, and did not try to sway my hand and charge me for things that would probably not make a difference. I found the office thru Google maps because I knew I needed to put my 12+ yr old cat down, and soon. They took me in immediately, entertained my 5yr old twin boys, and understood my on a human level.
